Mrs. Emrett McGinley, Early Lincoln Resident, Dies at Corpus Christi
Mrs. Emrett Julia McGinley, 72, early Lincoln resident, died Wednesday at Corpus Christi, Texas, where she had been residing for the past two years. She was the widow of William J. McGinley who preceded her in death in 1937.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Roberts chapel. Burial will be in Wyuka.
She had resided in Lincoln for a number of years, before moving to California for a short period of time, and later returning to Nebraska where she and her husband lived near Ashland for a time..
Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. D.d. Adult, Corpus Christi, a sister, Allie Dayton, Middletown, N. Y. , a brother Fred J. Kirk, Lincoln; and three grandchildren.
