JANET L. FOUNTAIN
Janet Lavern Fountain, 45 of Clark, died Sunday, june 20 at her home in Clark.
Mrs. Fountain was born June 28, 1953, at St. Louis, the daughter of Charles and Ina Adams Buchholz.
On August 18, 1984 in St. Louis, she married Radford Fountain and he survives.
Survivors also include a daughter, Lucy Ann Fountain, age 12 years, and a son, Charles Radford Fountain, age 8 years both of the home in Clark; her parents, Charles and Ina Buchholz of St. Peters; a brother, William Charles Buchholz and his wife, Diana of St. Charles; and Radford's parents, Marion and Hilda Fountain of Clark.
Mrs. Fountain earned her master's degree and taught school for 20 years at various locations in Missouri. She was a member of St. Pius X Church and Randolph Chapter No. 150 Order of the Eastern Star, both of Moberly. She was a past matron of Clark Chapter No. 396, Order of the Eastern Star Clark.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Fenton Funeral Chapel, Centralia, with Rev. Patrik Shortt, pastor of St. Pius X Church, Moberly, officiating. Internment will be in Chapel Grove Cemetery in clark.
Visitation will be from 6-7:30 p.m. this evening at Fenton funeral Chapel in Centralia. Randolph Chapter No. 150 will preside for the Order of the eastern Star Service at 7:30 p.m.
