She was born on July 31, 1923, the daughter of Harry and Maude (Hayes) Aldrich of Lyman, N.H.
She married Victor L. Welch of East Corinth on April 28, 1943, in Woodsville, N.H. She attended the Waits River Methodist Church and served as treasurer.
She enjoyed shopping, and attending yard sales and flea markets.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Limlaw of Newbury and Cheryl Eggleston of West Topsham; one son, Donald Welch of Wells River; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; one sister, Myrtle Flanders of East Corinth; and one brother, Norman Aldrich of Newbury; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband on Jan. 5, 1990; her son, Jerry Welch; two brothers, Francis Aldrich and Lloyd Aldrich; and one sister, Velma Mackie.
