Mr. Qualls died Tuesday, July 26, in a Plano hospital.
He was born on July 18, 1960, to Robert Dean and Clara Eloise White Qualls in Houston. He worked as delivery driver for a uniform service. He had lived in Dallas for 26 years.
Survivors include two brothers, Rodney Qualls of Lexington and Russell Qualls of Houston; a sister, Robyn Craig of Bryan; a stepbrother, Dwayne Cass of Lexington; two stepsisters, Lisa Bleeker of Rockdale and Carmon Tovar of Lexington; and his mother and stepfather, Eloise and Jimmy Cass of Caldwell.
Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Lexington.
