The Greenfield Vedette, June 15, 1916 -- W.R. Coble, one of our oldest and best citizens, died suddenly of heart trouble Tuesday evening at his home on Depot Street. Uncle Bill, as he was called by everyone who knew him, was about 82 years of age, and had lived in eastern Dade county nearly all his life. Burial and funeral services at Antioch cemetery Thursday.
