Memorial services for Roger Kennerly "Ken" Copeland Jr., age 82, of Tyler, Texas are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Shiloh Road Church of Christ. Mr. Copeland died July 25, 2011 in Tyler. He was born March 15, 1929, in Palestine, Texas to the late Roger Kennerly Sr. and Wilhelmina Neuburger Copeland. He served in the National Guard nine years and worked for AK Steel and ARMCO. He had lived in Tyler 11 years, moving from Morgan City, Louisiana. He was a member of Shiloh Road Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dixie Jean Bernard Copeland in 1997. Survivors include wife, Beulah Copeland; and daughter, Vicki and husband Charles Solito; nephew, Mike Bernard; and niece, Paula Trigg.
