Mrs. Wilson McLain, 46 North Park, became ill at home Tuesday night and died at 6 p.m. at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was 76 years old.
The former Miss Laura Lee Ward was born Sept. 18, 1901, near Oriole. She first married Claude Farrow in January, 1940. He preceded her in death. On Sept. 8, 1952, she married Wilson McLain in Cape Girardeau. A lifetime resident of Cape County, Mrs. McLain was a member of McLain's Chapel United Methodist Church.
