1860 U.S. Census lists Native Mathews (age 5) and parents Jesse & Adaline, siblings living in Genesee Twp, Potter County Pennsylvania. Her father worked as a Millwright. (lines 33-38) 1870 U.S. Census lists family in Lorain County Ohio.
