Mrs. Mildred Mason McKenzie, 78, formerly of Florence died Thursday, April 18, 2002 at the home of her daughter in Maxton, N.C., after an illness.
Born in Florence County, she was a daughter of the late Shady Riscoe Foyd and Lizzie Viola Flowers Floyd. She was a homemaker, a member of the Auxiliary of VFW, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Columbia, where she was a member of the Willie Davis Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, W.B. "Bill" Mason and Raymond K. McKenzie; a son, William Floyd Mason; and a brother, Wayne Floyd.
