Gene was born in Ephram, WI on 15 Aug 1917 to Ralph and Ruth Larson. Gene worked as a carpenter in the shipyards in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Gene married Libbie V Johnson on 24 Feb 1943 at Charleston SC. She proceded him in death on 12 May 1995.
He is survived by his daughter Lois, Mrs. Michael Harris of Brookfield, WI; grandsons Andrew and Timothy; sisters Helen (Rudy) Fagerstrom of Wales, WI and Lucille Arndt of Sister Bay, WI.
Services will be at First Baptist Church, Sister Bay at 12:00 noon on Saturday Sep 7, 2002. Internment is at Little Sister Cemetery, officiating clergy Rev. Delmar Dahl. Friends may call at Casperson Funeral Home at the church from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 noon. Casperson Funeral Home is assisting the Family.
