Eudora Fowler Clements died July 24, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born January 22, 1918 in Silver City, Juab County, Utah to Henry Asa Fowler and Esther Eliza Nielsen (Lundsteen). He was one of five sisters and four brothers.

She married George Lauren Clements on May 6, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky and they were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple August 9, 1943. They were blessed with three children: Bruce LeRoy, Julie, and Jennifer (C Paul Cahoon), two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George.

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held many callings as well as serving two missions with her husband and working as an ordinance worker in the Jordan River Temple. Her life was full of love and caring.

She graduated from Utah Technical College (SLCC) as an LPN and worked in several local hospitals. She especially loved her work at the U of U Hospital in Clinical Research. She was truly a pioneer in nursing care for kidney transplant patients. She had a magical touch and her feet and back rubs were wonderful.

In her later years she and Julie spent many hours crocheting hats, shawls and afgans for family, friends, and the Humanitarian Center.

She lived what her father put into words "To Be Good. To Be Good is Better. To Be Good for Something is Best." She was the BEST.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Rose Park Stake Center, 760 North 1200 West, Salt Lake City.
