Roland L. Abee
Memorial services for Roland L. Abee, 87, of Gun Barrel City are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trinidad Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home of Mabank.
Mr. Abee died Aug. 13, 2000, in Athens.
He was born Sept. 11, 1912, in Arkansas to John and Mary Taylor Abee.
Previously of California, he lived in Gun Barrel City for one year. He was a Baptist and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include son, Charles Abee of Mesquite; sisters, Mary Ryan and Juanita Campbell, both of Gun Barrel City; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and other family members.
