KEVIN BRADLEY MASSEY, son of Garry L. Massey and Marlyn Sue Robertson Massey, was born November 28, 1970, in Lebanon, Missouri and departed this life July 4, 2008, in Lebanon, Missouri.

At the young age of eight, he made a profession of faith in Christ and was baptized at the First United Methodist Church.

Kevin attended and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1989. He made friends easily and held many of them dear. He was very passionate about art and music. He had an unmatched creativity and talent for it, which led him to Denver, Colorado, where he attended Colorado Institute of Art. He obtained his Associate Degree in 1991.

After graduation, he became associated with Deb and Mark in their jewelry designing business at Desert Heart. He became instrumental in helping them establish their business. After his association with Desert Heart he took a position with John Atencio Jewelry Design. Kevin was most recently involved in retail sales and loved every minute of it. He was dedicated to the success of the business, and appreciated the opportunity.

Kevin loved to travel. One of his favorite trips was to New Orleans. During his travels he made many friends that he was still very close to. He was mesmerized by the absolute beauty, and chaotic colors that blanketed the city during the events. He made many memories there and treasured each of them.

He was also a talented musician and played both the piano and guitar with extreme ease and confidence. His most memorable moments of "entertaining through music" were those spent with his Aunt Evelyn, prior to her passing. They had a special relationship that was only enhanced by their common bond of musical ability.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Garry and Sue Massey; one sister, Laura Sien and her husband Bert; one niece, Caitlyn Sien; and one nephew, Jacob Sien all of Lebanon; three uncles, Bill Robertson, Bob Massey and his wife Sandra, and Noel Massey and his wife Joyce all of Lebanon; an aunt Dorothy Robertson, of Sedalia, MO; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by one uncle, Clarence Robertson and his wife Betty, a special Aunt Evelyn Robertson, maternal grandparents, Clarence and Letha Robertson, and his paternal grandparents, Loren and Beatrice Massey.

Kevin was a loved son, cherished brother, fun-loving uncle, and wonderful nephew, but more than that he was a phenomenal person in general. He had an ability to leave his "mark" wherever he was, and with whom ever he came in contact with. He wasn't just a person who graces your life for a mere moment. He was the person that impacts you forever. Those who had the pleasure of knowing him will cherish those "marks."
