Twin to Frank C. Cogle and on same stone. Fred was recorded on 1920 census with his parents in Victory Township on 9 Jan 1920, and also with his brother Frank in Ludington on 19 Jan 1920, both boarding at 407 South Charles St (now Rath ave). Both worked at Haskell Manufacturing Company. Fred died of Pleural Pneumonia at 407 South Charles Street at 2 am 19 Feb 1920 and his brother Frank died of Lobar Pneumonia at Paulina Stearns Hospital at 4 pm on 28 Feb 1920.
