Will is buried in the Mill Creek Cemetery in Whitfield County, Georgia, with his wives Callie and Spartie buried on either side of him.

I (Saralyn, the oldest granddaughter of Thad G. Babb, the oldest surviving son of Will Babb in 1965) was visiting my grandparents shortly after Thad's stepmother, Spartie, died, in January 1965, as I was on semester break from Sweet Briar College where I was a senior. It was I who suggested to my Granddaddy that I thought it would be a good idea to have a joint marker for Will and his 2 wives, with the marriage dates entered between Will and each wife. I was thrilled that my Granddaddy agreed with my suggestion and had the marker ordered that way. I have entered a photo of the marker, with Will lying between his two wives. Sadly, the marker is now becoming difficult to read. I tried to photograph the writing when I visited in Nov 2008, but the photo did not show the writing clearly.
