G, 7th Rgt., Indiana Inf. Vols. from April 21, 1861 to August 2, 1861; in Ohio Co. D, 5 Regt. Q. Cav. Vols. enlisted September 11, 1861, mustered November 9, 1861 to Novmeber 9, 1864; and in Co. C, 5 Regt. U.S. Vet. Col. from March 13, 1865 to October 20, 1865. Isaac was a civil war invalid pensioner due to heart disease from October 1890 until his death in 1902. His wife Amanda died in August or September 1922.
