Mrs. Julia Alice Smith, 62 yrs old, died at St. Anthony's hospital at 8:30 o'clock Thursday evening of pneumonia. She had been an invalid for the past 8 yrs but had only been critically ill for but four days. One son, Dr. H.C. Smith with whom she made her home at 1212 N. Tenth St, is the only survivor. The funeral will probably be held Sunday afternoon, with burial in Highland Lawn Cemetery.
