Mrs. Jane Harbison, 77, of Eldon died today at a Tuscumbia nursing home. Mrs. Harbison was born Sept. 21, 1888, in Miller County to John and Susan Russell Shackelford.
She is survived by a son, James Harbison of Eldon; a daughter, Mrs. Edna Faye Gartin of Kansas City, Kan.; a brother, Ted Shackelford of Olympia Field, Ill.; a sister, Laura Templeton of Green Ridge; and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at an Eldon funeral home with the Rev. C.M. Van Dyke officiating. Burial will be in an Eldon cemetery.
