Chandler R. Green 1977 Bridgewater Bulletin

Word has been received by Mrs. Harris Oickle of the death of her brother-in-law, Mr. Chandler R. (Bill) Green, 725 Steven Street, Lowell, Mass., formerly of Billrica, Mass., who died in the Lowell General Hospital on April 1, 1977.

He was born in Blockhouse, on January 1, 1880, the son of Philip and Sarah (Joudrey) Green. Both he and Mrs. Green, the former Mabel Ernst, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Ernst, spent their early life here going to the United States following their marriage.

Surviving besides his wife are a son, Elmer, and a daughter, Marjorie, both of Lowell. There are also seven grandchildren who will miss the attention of a devoted grandparent.

The deceased was a stationary fireman at the North Terminal Gargage prior to his retirement. Funeral service took place on Monday at the Blake Memorial Home, Lowell, with interment in Westlawn Cemetery.

Sympathy is extended to his family there and to his relatives here.

With thanks to Rosemary RAfuse.
