Obituary, Mortimer Vandervoort.
Word was received Tuesday morning by William J. Hickey of the death of Mortimer Vandervoort at the home of his brother in Trenton, Ont., where he had been visiting. Mr. Vandervoort, whose home was at 1615 South Fayette Street, had been a resident of Saginaw for many years. He was an expert machinist and has been employed by Wickes Bros., Pere Marquette railway, Jackson & Church Co. and divisions of General Motors Corporation. Mrs. Vandervoort died April 30, 1928. Mr. Vandervoort leaves a brother in Trenton, Ont., and a brother-in-law. Eugene Sanderson of Saginaw. Mr. Hickey was notified that Mr. Vandervoort's body will arrive here by train at 4:25 p.m. Wednesday, and that burial will be in Forest Lawn immediately afterward. Rev.
