Ms. Skinner was a lifelong resident of Jackson County and a graduate of Moss Point High School. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Moss Point.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Lane Skinner.
Survivors include her parents, Joel and Betty Skinner of Helena; two sisters, Reva Clay of Vancleave and Leah Skinner of Helena; and a brother, Chad Skinner of Helena.
Visitation will be tonight from 6-8 at Jackson County Funeral Services in Escatwapa. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Serene Memorial Gardens in Escatwapa.
