MAMIE ELIZABETH HOPKINS, 78, of Memphis, office clerk for Bensinger's Fine Cleaners for 28 years, died of an embolism Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens.
She had worked for General Electric for 19 years.
She leaves a daughter, Joyce Kelly Starnes of Memphis; a brother, Lacy Ivy of Potts Camp, Miss., three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
