Funeral Services Held For Willie Brannen
Funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon at Beard's Creek Baptist Church for Willie Brannen,66,who died at his home near here Thursday night. Officiating were the Rev. Charles D. Stewart and the Rev. O.S. Thompson.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. O.F. Waters; one son, A.E. Brannen; one sister, Mrs. Anna Brannen; four brothers, Clyde Brannen, Cliff Brannen, Cleve Brannen, and George Brannen, and nine grandchildren, all survivors of Glennville.
Pallbearers were Fentice Brannen, Ronald Brannen, Slaten Durrence, Herman Lamb, Lee Hughes Blocker and J.W. Durrence. Rimes Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
