Survived by sons, Gene (Betty), Rickey (Connie), and Ronnie (Terri) Emerson; daughters, Pamela K. Emerson, Carol (Joey) Smith, and Synthia Dale; sisters, Willie Ruth (Holland) Burnette, Opal Parks and Gwen (Jack) Leach; brother, Robert (Ruth) Peevy; brother-in-law, J. W. Griffin; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Sat. at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel with Rev. Billy Britt off. and interment at Gwinnett Memorial Park.
