David E. Wallace II of Sumerco, formerly of Madison, loving husband, father and United States Navy veteran, passed away on July 9, 2011. He was 48.
He was preceded in death by his father, State Senator and medical doctor, David E. Wallace; and mother, Charlotte Wallace.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa; and four children: David, Sara, Amy and Kacy.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 14, at Madison United Methodist Church, 367 State St., Madison.
