Mrs. Mary Fochtman of near New Baltimore, departed this life on May 1, aged 59 years. The cause of death was heart failure. Her husband died about 13 years ago.
She leaves to mourn their loss 11 children, as follows: William of Juniata, Frank of Topper's Mill, John and Henry, of New Baltimore, Mrs. William Benning of near New Baltimore, Mrs. Sylvester Leonard of Connellsville, and Misses Ella, Josphine, Ceilia, Mary and Rose at home.
Funeral services were conducted Friday morning, May 3, and interment was made in the Catholic cemetery.
