Jacqueline was born to James Sterling Jr., Wilma Doris Sterling. She attended Larmar Elementary in Astin, after moving to Denver, CO she attended Whitake, Mitchell and Columbine Elementary., She return to Astin and attended and L.C. Anderson High School. Upon her return to Denver she attended Manual High School where she graduated. She joined Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Denver. Jacqueline was employed at Ridge State Home and Training where she was a supervisor for 14 years. She taught classes at Platt College for seven years and receive her associates degree in Advance Computer Graphic Design for print. She was employed with he city of Denver at D.I.A. Airport in the Aviation Department.
