"New Albany - The Rev. Clarence D. Strother, 99, died Saturday at Green Valley Convalescent Center.
He was a native of Spencer County, Ky., a retired minister of Culbertson Baptist Church, where he served for 42 years, and was a member of Depauw Masonic Lodge, 338.
Survivors: three sons, James Strother of Indianapolis, Edward Strother of Muncie and David Strother of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren; and nine great--grandchildren.
Funeral: 10 a. m. Tuesday, Seabrook Funeral Home. Burial: Fairview Cemetery. Visitation: 2-5 and 7-9 p. m. Monday.
Memorial gifts: to his church."
