Frank Howard Carpentier, 86, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away July 17, 2011. He was born July 10, 1925 to Frank and Dorothy Carpentier in Pawhuska, OK. Frank was a member of Southern Oaks Free Will Baptist Church. He was employed at Dolese Brothers for 38 years and retired in 1991. Frank was a loving husband, father, and grandfather until the time of his death. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Myrna Mary Carpentier; daughter, Nancy Tilson and husband Steven of Midwest City, OK; grandchildren: Michael Carpentier, Norman, OK; Charles Carpentier of Enterprise, KS; Cody Tilson of Midwest City, OK; Chad Tilson of Oklahoma City, OK; great-grandchildren, Megan Carpentier, Austin Carpentier, Courtney Rae, Zach Carpentier, Ryan Carpentier, Madison Carpentier, Shelby Tilson, Harly Tilson; great-great-grandchildren, Dylan James, Ian James; sisters, Maxine Woodside, Dolores Miller. He is preceded in death by his son, Charles Allen Carpentier; sisters, Christine Brasier, Faylene Williams; brothers, Jonas Baker. Services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at Southern Oaks Free Will Baptist Church, 7201 S. Santa Fe, Oklahoma City, OK. Interment will be held at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City, OK. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
