Wanda was a member of New Life Worship Center in Waxahachie and enjoyed going to gospel concerts. She also loved fishing and camping and enjoyed going antique shopping with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Steele and Elizabeth Brown-Steele; brother, Billy Joe Steele; and son-in-law, Jon Schreck.
Survivors: Husband, Bill Lowe; daughters, Candy Schreck and Cynthia Hamilton, both of Rockport; son, William Taylor of Dallas; four brothers; three sisters; six grandchildren; 10 great-children; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
