ARTHUR L WISE: 77, of ButternutRidge Rd, died yesterday morning [5-03] in Elyria Mem-orial Hosp after an illness of 6 months. He was born in GraftonTwp. Before retiring, MrWise was a farmer & also was employed by Lorain, Medina & Summit counties as a tool dresser for gas companies. He had been a superevisor for the Agriculture Stabilization & Conservation office in Lorain County for 8yrs.
Surviving are his wife; formerly Irma Mennell; 2 daus: Oleeva Archer-LaGrange & Sharlene Clark-North Palm Beach FL; a son: NeilA-Washington DC; 3 grandchildren; 4 gr-grand-children & 2 bros: Charles-Ashland & Herman-Amherst. He was preceded in death by 2 bros: George & Edward.
The funeral service will be Wednesday after-noon [5-06] at the Russell Fulton Funrl Home-Grafton. Rev W L Vernon, pastor of Belden United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Belden Cemetery.
