TIKI ISLAND - Billie Jean Aly, 60, a homemaker, died Wednesday at St. Mary's Hospital in Galveston. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel at Forest Park East in League City, the Rev. Joe McDaniel officiating. Burial will follow, under direction of Malloy £ Son Funeral Home of Galveston. Mrs. Aly was born March 13,1923, in Houston. Survivors include her husband, J.R. Aly of Tiki Island; four sons, Robert L. Aly of Santa Fe, N.M., Michael D. Aly of Galveston, Randolph W. Aly of Houston and Richard D. Aly of Tiki Island; her mother, Grace Ellis of Houston; two sisters, Bonnie Jane Dye of Katy, Texas, and Ann Stockwell of Houston; six grandchildren; and other relatives.
