To find the grave: The north part of the cemetery is divided into 4 sections (the two in the middle are really old sections) enter from the north side through the gate in the center of the cemetery, on each side of you will be the two really old sections.
This monument will be in the far south part of the section to your right (west).

According to his birth register entry he was born on Irish Green Street in the village of Limavady, Rathbrady Beg Townland, Drumachose Civil Parish, Londonderry County, Northern Ireland. His father's occupation was given as merchant.

William married Minnie M. Fowler 12 December 1900 in Muscatine County, Iowa while his parents were still living in Rock Island County, Illinois. They lived in Rock Island County for a while before moving to Washington County, Colorado. This is the son James had visited in 1914 as related in James' accident story displayed on James' FAG memorial. The relative, Charles Fowler, of that article was the father-in-law of son William James Fleming.

About 1921 they divorced and Minnie married Samuel Edward Boston 24 December 1921 in Denver County. William married Edith Carrie Parsons 11 September 1923 in Gunnison, Gunnison County, Colorado and moved to San Diego County, California about 1926, stopping first for a short time in Johnson County, Iowa for a visit with her widowed mother. Edith married Wornot Homer Armstrong 9 February 1940 in Escondido, San Diego County, California.
