Hortense "Tess" Kelley, 80, of Cheyenne died Dec. 23 at United Medical Center - West.
She was born April 23, 1922 in McCook, Neb., and had lived here since 1941.
Mrs. Kelley was part owner of M.R. Kelley Trailer Sales, Inc.
She was a member of Lady Shriners and Cheyenne Jackelopes.
Mrs. Kelley is survived by her husband, Max Kelley of Cheyenne whom she married Sept. 7, 1940 in McCook; two sons, Gary Kelley of Cheyenne and Michael Kelley of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a daughter, Ann Bowen of Springfield, Mo.; a brother, Bruce E. Nelms of Colorado Springs, Colo.; six granddaughters; four step-grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Linda Kay Kelley; her parents, Charles and Clara Nelms; a brother and a sister.
