2. I give to CLARISSA HAINS $10.
3. I give to MARTHA McCLELLAN of Eugene $75.
4. I give to EFFIE BOWERS 57 1/2 acres of land in Vermilion County, IL
5. I give to MAYME HUGHES, my niece, 123 acres
6. I give to HANNAH LOW and MARTHA CLARK, the rents and profits of 142 1/2 acres in Vermilion County, IL during their lifetime.
7. I give to Mrs. LILLIE DUNCAN $3000.
8. My personal property I give as follows: 2 large vases to SUSAN PORTER; blue coverlet to LILLIE DUNCAN; to LAURA COX of Terre Haute, IN one hair brush, covered sofa, and 4 chairs to match, also one porter table; to MAYME HUGHES the large gilt frame mirror; to HANNAH LOW one wardrobe.
9. I direct that Lots 27 and 28 in Eugene, Vermillion County, IN be sold to pay my debts. Also 116 1/2 acres and 237 acres.
10. The residue of my property I give to my brother JAMES B. ILES.
