Born in Seattle July 2, 1929 to Belle and Joseph Kosokoff. Marv graduated from Garfield High School and the University of Washington. He enjoyed football, cars and racing. Marvin was an Insurance Adjuster and helped to establish Public Insurance Adjusting in Washington State. He leaves behind his wife Cara and his children: Pamela Fox, Brenda Bryson, Michael Wilson, Paul Wilson, Monica Budgious and Lori Jones. Marvin died March 20, 2009. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 28th at the Fife City Grill from 1-4pm.
