Margaret Mary Anderson, 76, died Thursday, Nov. 19, at her home in Pinos Altos. She was a retired registered nurse and a graduate of Hotel Dieu School of Nursing in El Paso, Texas. She had worked for 33 years for Albuquerque Orthopedic Associates, until her retirement in 1975. The prayer vigil will be held this evening at 7 at Baca's Funeral Chapels with Deacon Bill Holguin reciting the holy rosary. A memorial Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Mission in Pinos Altos with Father John Colgan officiating. Inurnment of cremains will follow at the Pinos Altos Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Anderson, on May 20, 1984. She is survived by her brother, James L. Putnam, and his wife, Betty, of Oxnard, Calif.; her sister, Mary Ann Adams, and her husband, Dr. Jack Adams, of Albuquerque; several nephews and nieces, Robert L. Folkner and his wife Boo, of Chandler, Ariz., Mark R.Folkner and his wife. Susan, Carl L. Chuck Folkfer, Stephen F. Folkner and John C. Folkner, all of Albuquerque, Betty Jo Aldredge and her husband, Richard, of Roanoke, Va., James L. Putnam Jr., Floyd Putnam and his wife, Joey, and Jacqueline Sampson and her husband, Charles, all of California, and Michael D. Adams, Sheryl Gibson and her husband, Gary, John S. Adams and Holly Adams, all of Albuquerque; and 23 grandnieces and grand-nephews who will lovingly remember their Aunt Moggie. God has called her home but she will live in our memory. Entrusted to the care of Baca's Funeral Chapels, U.S. 180 East at Delk Drive.
