Sue G. Johnson, 82, died Feb. 18 at Bacon County Hospital. The Coffee County native had lived in Bacon County most of her life. She was the widow of James Doc Johnson and Lott Warren Wilcox. She was a homemaker and a member of Pine Level Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Jack Wilcox of Jacksonville, Cadmus Wilcox of Jesup, and Roderick and Bill Johnson, both of Alma, two daughters, Patricia Peterson of Folkston and Elizabeth Williams Jones of Fernandina, FL, a brother, Joe Gainey of Perry, FL, 27 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Pine Level Free Will Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
