Frank M. Howard of Rockville, died on Sunday last at the Central Insane Asylum, near Indianapolis, where he was taken for treatment about 3 months ago. His remains were brought back and interred at Rockville yesterday. The deceased was an ex-Union Soldier, having served in the 11th Indiana Cavalry. He was an attorney at law and quite an eloquent orator, and at one time prosecutor of this judicial district. He leaves an estimable wife and 4 or 5 bright children, the eldest being about 14 years of age. Mr. Howard had a big host of friends in this county. He was about 57 years of age.
