Mr. Lowe was born Feb. 13, 1978, in Kansas City, Kan.
Survivors: Mother, Pamela Lowe of Fort Worth; father and stepmother, Darrell Sr. and Cheryl Lowe of Newark; stepbrothers, Joshua Paul Wright and Anthony Craig Seeger, both of Newark; sister, Amanda Dawn Lowe of Fort Worth; maternal grandfather, Henry Hardman of Kansas City, Kan.; paternal grandparents, John C. and Nettie Lowe of Azle; fiancee, Jessica Athey; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
