A Baby girl was found in the barn of J.H. Sager on April 6th 1907, This child was soon to be known as Ruth Violet Linnert. (See Article in the Nebraska Signal newspaper, Geneva, April 12, 1907.) On June 21, 1912 Fredrick H. Linnert and Lulu M. Linnert petitioned to adopt this baby girl to be known as Ruth Violet Linnert she was legally adopted by Fredrick H. Linnert and Lulu M. Linnert of Fillmore County, Nebraska, on July 10th 1912. Her birth parents were never located. Ruth grew up in Geneva Nebraska and went to Geneva High School where she graduated in 1926. Ruth soon married Hubert Rosalva Clark (aka: Jack) on April 26, 1926 in Lancaster County, Nebraska. From this union were born 3 children, Jackie Eugene Clark born 1928, Lawrence Fredrick Clark born 1930, and Lois Arlene Clark, born 1931. Ruth was a housewife until the war (WWII), she then went to work at Martin Aircraft in Omaha Nebraska where she worked on the B26 & B24 Planes doing electrical wiring. After the war she sold magazines door to door. Her husband Hubert Clark passed away in 1945. She moved to California in 1954 and went to work at Bullocks in Pasadena California where she was a saleswoman for jewelry. She married John Marions (aka: Jack) in 1963. She retired from Bullocks then she and her then, Husband Jack Marions move to Vista California, until her death on Nov 19,1979. Ruth was preceded in death by her Son Jackie Eugene Clark and Husband Hubert Rosalva Clark. Ruth Violet Linnert Clark Marions is buried in the Geneva Cemetery in Nebraska next to her 1st Husband and Son.
