Dusty Owens Bratton departed this life, Monday, November 12, 2007. The son of Roy Bratton and Janice (Mathis) Williams, he was born September 14, 1980 in Clarksville. Dusty was a 1998 graduate Russellville High School and a graduate of Petit Jean Vocational Technical School. Dusty lived to race and was previous owner of Extreme Auto. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne and Sue Bratton and grandfather, Frank Mathis. He is survived by his Dad and stepmother, Roy and Linda Bratton; Mother and stepfather, Janice and Robbie Williams, all of Russellville; brother and sister-in-law, Lee and Mandy Bratton of Hector, brother, Alex Greene; sister, Samantha Bratton; stepbrother, Charlie Williams of Dover; stepsister, Mollie Williams; stepsister and husband, Shantil and Andy Elliott; all of Russellville; stepbrother and wife, Gene and Charlotte Sax of Atkins; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Humphrey Chapel with the Rev. Gary Campbell and the Rev. Walter Morris officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Dardanelle, under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers will be Bo Morrison, Robert Myers, Roy Sergent, Gene Sax, Allen Lackey and Jamie Bratton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Talley and Tommy Fortner.
