Funeral services for A.J. Ludwig, 74, of Beasley, were scheduled at 3 p.m. today in the Friedens United Church of Christ at Beasley. The Rev. William E. Scholze was to officiate at the services, with burial scheduled in the church cemetery.
Mr. Ludwig, who was born in Germany, died suddenly Saturday afternoon at his home. He came to the United States as a small child with his parents. He was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lydia Ludwig; a son, Leroy Ludwig of Galena Park; a brother, Albert Ludwig of Rosenberg; and two grandchildren.
