Virginia Adams
PERRYVILLE - Virginia "Virgie" Adams, 94, of Dryden, Va., died Friday at Charleston Healthcare Center.
Born July 29, 1911, in Lee County, Va., she was the daughter of the late John and Jessie DeVault Seabolt. She was the widow of Floyd Adams. She was a member of Ely's Memorial United Methodist Church in Dryden.
Survivors include two sons, Tommy Adams of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and John Adams of Danville; a daughter, Jean Turner of Dayton, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and several great- and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Betty Adkins and Marie Adams.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Arney-Mullins Funeral Chapel in Jonesville, Va., by the Rev. Richard McFarland. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, Va.
Visitation is noon today until time of service.
