Born September 16, 1988, in Abilene, Jeffrey was a son of Sandy White and Charlie Wainscott. He was raised in Hamlin and worked for an oil company as a driller.
Jeffrey married Tiffany Hammer, May 15, 2010 in Abilene.
Survivors include his wife, Tiffany Wainscott of Abilene; his mother Sandy White of Anson; his dad, Charlie Wainscott and wife Gail of Dickens; his father Brian Helmuth; step-son, Elijah Jimenez; maternal grandparents, Jo and Johnnie White of Hamlin; paternal grandparents, Wendell and Jeanie Rice of Santa Anna; aunt, Ginger Benavides and husband Bobby of Anson; half sister Abby Nicole Helmuth of Dallas.
Family visitation will be from 6;00 to 7:00 Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Adams-Graham Funeral Home, 732 Ave I in Anson.
