Sugg could possibly be the father of Clarence? Beulah could possibly be the mother of Clarence, there was a Courtney Shaw born 1913 in the 1920 census w/ Sugg and Beulah. Clarence could be this Courtney as he was born in 1913 and the Courtney was born abt 1913. Clarence died at the young age of 17.
