Hickman, 81, of Woodworth died Friday, March 16, 2001, in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.
She was a charter member of Lamourie Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher and church treasurer. She was very active in the WMU.
She was an artist and an art instructor for many years. She was a native of Oak Grove.
Survivors include her husband, Bennie Hickman of Woodworth; two sons, Bennie Dwain Hickman of Beaumont, Texas, and Grady R. Hickman of Baton Rouge; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until time of services Monday in the church.
