Surviving are his wife, daughter, Mrs. F.E. Ashby, son, Edwin Clark Brown, all of Centertown route 1.
Funeral will be held at 3 p.m. today in the West Point Baptist church, the Rev. E.E. Spikard officiating, with burial in Walton Creek cemetery.
Body is at his late residence.
