O. M. Huffman Dies At Home In Winchester.
Oliver Morton Huffman, 67, a lifelong resident of Randolph county, died of a heart disease at his home southeast of Winchester Friday morning. He had been in ill health for several years.
Mr. Huffman was born in Randolph county February 11, 1879, the son of Thomas L. and Sarah Huffman. He was a retired farmer and had been a dairyman in Randolph county for the past 15 years. He was a member of the Mt. Zion church.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Wooters and Mrs. Daurene Austin, both of Muncie, and Mrs. Marie Henisa, of Winchester; four sons, Roy, of Richmond; Lee, of Saratoga; Robert, of Winchester, and Ernest, of the U. S. Navy at Great Lakes, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Maud Hill, of Farmland; Mrs. Ralph Hiatt, of Alexandria, and Mrs. Beech Roosa, of Winchester; one brother, Earl, of Winchester.
Funeral services for Mr. Huffman will be held at 3 p. m. Sunday at the Maynard and Walker funeral chapel in Winchester. Burial will be in the Fountain Park cemetery.
