MIDVALE-Alfred Marlow Jones, 73, Midvale, died of natural causes Friday at 5 a.m. at his home. Born Oct. 15, 1891, Echo, Summit County, to Alfred R. and Elizabeth P. Edgeworth Jones. Married Mildred M. Moore Oct. 12, 1915, Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Nov. 11, 1918. Married Anna Katherine Franson Nov. 19, 1919. Emplye Union Pacific Railroad at Echo 42 years. Partner Echo Roller Mills. LDS Sunday School superintendent 35 years. Survivors: widow; sons, daughters, Mrs. E. G. (Marguerite) Wright, Midvale; Mrs. Rulon (Mary) Staples, Nyssa, Ore.; Mrs. Preston (Virginia) Marchant, Peoa' Glen F., Salt Lake City; Mrs. Ernest (Fern) King, Bountiful; 19 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral Wednesday 1 p.m., Henefer LDS Ward Chapel.
Friends call family home, 147 E 7720 South, Tuesday 6-8 p.m., chapel Wednesday prior to service.
